I lost almost 20 pounds with this workout in a matter of like 2 months after trying a million othet things including 5 miles runs every day for much longer. Ive maintained my weight through winter and now Im starting back up not to lose weight but because it made me feel amazing. I slept better, ate better, felt better. Its hard at first but you have to stick to it.
