  1. never lifted weights in my entire life and i decided to start resistant training. I did this work out two days ago…all i can say i need a wheel chair man. I can't even walk up or down the stairs. My legs, traps, delts, chest, lower back, lats are all sore as fuck!! still sore as hell even right now….Can't train again until the soreness goes away.

  2. Full body workouts are awesome! Big fan of compound movements. The only thing I'd say here is doing bench press and OHP in the same workout seems a bit redundant. I'd actually create two workouts with – squat, bench, row and OHP, deadlifts, and weighted pull-ups. But that's just me.

  3. You guys are hilarious! Also, very knowledgeable about working out.. I was curious about 5×5, now I can get started. Wish me luck! I will tune in for more of your videos!!
