How many times should i do that in a week?
I stopped after the first excersise because I already did around 30 minutes work out ( intense thigh workout ) and I'm going to ride my horse for around 45 minutes tonight and I don't need my legs like jelly when I'm trying to squeeze her off the ground to jump lol…. Who feels like me
