Today is leg day and what a perfect shirt to wear on this day. Totally didn’t plan on it 😂 this move is going to work your legs booty and calfs. Pick up a semi heavy weight. Get into a sumo squat position but more of a plié and go down to a squat that flex your calves. Do this move 10 reps 3 rounds.
