Happy 4th of July to all my subscribers!!!! After all the cookouts and amazing food it’s time to use those extra calories to kill it in the gym!!!

This epic back workout was intense along with over 2000 steps after on the stair climber!! each exercise consisted of 10 reps and normally slow and controlled movements. Anyone looking to build lean muscle mass can benefit from this workout.
