CHEST & ABS TRAINING | POST-WORKOUT MEAL FOR GAINS | AESTHETICALLY



Today I’m gonna show you guys how to train chest and abs smartly with a better mind-muscle connection. After that I’ll take you guys to the place where I eat for big juicy gainssss!!!

Exercises –

1) Flat Dumbbell Press – 1 warm-up set of 15 reps and 3 working sets of 6-8 reps

2) Incline Dumbbell Fly into Hex Press – 3 sets of 10-12 reps

3) Decline Dumbbell Press superset with Feet Elevated Push ups – 3 sets of 8 reps and push ups till failure

4) Cable Crossover superset with Cable press – 3 sets of 8 reps for both

5) Dumbbell Pullover – 3 sets till failure

Abs Circuit – 3 sets of 15 reps for every exercise

► Decline Crunches
► Hanging Leg Raise
► Obliques Side Bends
► Planks (60 secs)
