  1. day 3! #icanfeeltheburnRebecca! ???????? I did two of your videos today, and also the warm up before. feeling good, but after the abs and cardio, I feel my legs need a little break today. lol
    i don't have any weights, but I used two bottles of 1.5ltr juice. ???????????? (when needs must). It worked all the same although I had to concentrate more (see my pun there????) because of the weight distribution with the juice. anyhoo, really put in effort the effort today, feeling the burn, my hands are kinda shaky after, but feeling good! Plus, my sleep has improved. A little dissapointed because it was so painful in my abs to do the plank for more than 5 seconds. 🙁

  2. Hi friendly people, I'm posting this cause I need some advices. So I started dieting since mid July 2016 and till now I've lost 11kg. (Started at 89kg, now at 78kg.) I did 25 minutes of cardio and core workout, this chest and back work out, and 50 bicycle crunches 5-6 times weekly. I've been trying to stick to a no carbs diet(failing) and limiting to sweet drinks 2-3 times a month. This diet is helping me to lose my back fats and also my forearm. Now all left is stubborn back fats and I've noticed that my upper arms is getting BIGGER but firmer. I don't want that and I haven't been increasing the weights(using only water bottle) because I just wanted to lose arm fats and keep them toned. Is this normal and will it start to slim down if I keep doing this work out or do I need to change workout for my arm? Also, I've been having baked salmon/boiled broccoli and grilled chicken/raw coral leaves as my meals, but I'm getting sick of it and starting to eat bread again(BAD!!). If possible, is there any non carbs and easy preparation meals advices from you guys? Thanks!! <3
