Chest & Tri workout that Nav and I completed:
1. Bench Press:
5 sets of 6 Reps
on the last set, drop the weight to 50% of your max and do as many reps as possible! Great for conditioning and a great burn.
2. Incline Dumbell Press with superset Decline pushup:
4 sets of 10 reps on inlcline, immediately followed by as many pushups as you can while having your feet elevated on a bench.
3. Cable fly’s
4 sets of 15 reps with a hold in the middle for 1 second.
4. Tricep pull down
4 sets of 10-15 reps
On the last set, drop the weight and try to do 5-10 more reps.
