CHEST WORKOUT —For the bench press– look at how my wrists are straight for the first couple reps, this is how you want to hold the bar, don’t allow those wrists to bend back—shown in the last few reps. For the single arm pec deck maintain a controlled continuous movement, arc that arm and bring it right past the midline, don’t let your arm come further back than straight out to the side, really focus on keeping your chest muscles engaged. For the pushups— I just have a strong preference to perform these gripping hex dumbbells, it’s not a significantly better range of motion as your only about two inches higher off the floor, but so much more comfortable on the wrists…
