1) Lying Leg Curls – 6 sets x 8-20 reps (add weight every set)
2) DB Stiff Leg Deadlift – 2 sets x 12-15 reps (1 close & 1 wide)
3) Leg Press (Feet High) – 3 sets x 12-15 reps (1 wide, 1 close, 1 normal stance) Push through your heels
4) Barbell Lunge – 3 sets x 10 reps per leg (add weight every set)
5) Cable Hyperextensions – 3 sets x 12-15 reps
