In all seriousness, before i feed a troll properly I wanted to give you the perfect cutting diet for fat loss.

A lot of you have asked me what I eat pre and post workout while I’m shredding.

First I give you the best pre workout meal for shredding in this video, then i take you to my favorite sushi joint and share with you my favorite post workout meal on a cutting diet.

The biggest takeaway is that you want to take advantage of that post workout insulin spike when you are shredding. If you can stay in a calorie deficit and STILL spike your insulin you will have awesome results!

  2. Why are you doing supersets and dropsets during a cutting phase? Aren't you suppose to be lifting heavy and trying to maintain strength which in turn helps you maintain muscle? Instead of burning out you're glycogen that's already depleted from reduced calories

  3. Thanks for the info. I really enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work, you are very motivating. I also read that a 4 to 1 ratio of carbs to protein boosts insulin 50% more than just carbs… adding l-Glutamine( 5g) bumps your insulin up another 20%. What do you think?
