This routine is more or less the blueprint we’ve been using for years to lean out and we wanted to share it! Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither are Buff Dudes, but sticking with this food and fitness plan you will begin to see results fast. We cover breakfast, lunch, dinner, an hour workout and everything in between. It’s all about staying the course and bringing yourself one step closer to becoming a B.U.F.F. Dude!

  1. I see the bags of broccoli here, and it looks so handy… but all the stuff I see about E. Coli in bagged vegetables and salad basically has me psyched out about using any kind of bagged produce. Maybe I need to get over my paranoia…

    When I'm in the gym, I'm only doing 2 kinds of exercise/muscle! so I'm doing my whole upperbody in almost 1.5 – 2hrs.
    But when I gym, I'm almost killing my muscles, work til they are hurting like hell!

    But am I doing wrong?


    Monday: upperbody
    Tuesday: legs
    wednesday: upperbody
    thursday: legs
    Friday: upperbody
    Saturday: Rest
    Sunday: Cardio

    But I see good progress in fatburning, musclegrowth and performance

    So please, anyone that know, respond!
