I see the bags of broccoli here, and it looks so handy… but all the stuff I see about E. Coli in bagged vegetables and salad basically has me psyched out about using any kind of bagged produce. Maybe I need to get over my paranoia…

the best job for getting buff is a 9-5 anything. it allows you to know your pay, schedule, and plan for a good routine.

When I'm in the gym, I'm only doing 2 kinds of exercise/muscle! so I'm doing my whole upperbody in almost 1.5 – 2hrs.
But when I gym, I'm almost killing my muscles, work til they are hurting like hell!
But am I doing wrong?

Tuesday: legs
wednesday: upperbody
thursday: legs
Friday: upperbody
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Cardio
But I see good progress in fatburning, musclegrowth and performance
