squat is a full body workout and it not only a leg workout to lose fat or a hip workout for women but instead it helps in burning full body fat so that one can lost weight!

You will also learn how to do modified versions of squats to lose weight and shape up. Let’s begin and see how to do squats properly!

Squats help build muscle. … They work up your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, abdominal muscles, lower back and your butt too. Not many exercises can claim to recruit so many muscles at the same time.
