Day in my life: Workout and Meals| Makenzie Putman



Today I took you through a typical day in my life. If you would like to know more about different workouts then let me know in the comments! I usually try to incorporate different exercises I did in college lifts. Thanks so much for watching I promise ill get better at filming 😛 LMK if you would like to see a video primarily on doing the exercises.

Warm up:
3 sets, 15 reps each- Donkey kicks, clam shells, and standing single leg kick backs with band

Circuit 1: 3 sets, 15 reps each- kettle bell swings, sumo squats with one dumbbell, and two dumbbell RDLs

Superset: 3 sets
15 reps Hip abductor
20 reps each leg- Lateral side glute raises holding a 10pd plate on my hip

Circuit 2: 3 sets, 15 reps each- glute hip thrusts with bar on box or bench, physioball hamstring curl and 15 second hold for physioball squeezes

Super set: 3 sets 15 reps each
leg extension and hamstring curl machines
