Glute & Hamstrings

1. Physioball Rolls ins or Cloth roll ins- 4 sets 15-20 reps

2. Sumo Split Bench/risers Squats- 4 sets 10-12 reps
You can use a DBell or Kettlbell for weight. Standing on 2 benches or 2 risers you are going past parallel in sumo position squat

3. Straight leg deadlift- 3 sets 15 reps

4. Leg Press wide stance- 4 sets of 10-12 reps (going up in weight each set)

5. Barbell Hip Thrusts- 4 sets 8-10 reps
