I’ll show you an idea of a vegan breakfast bowl, a vegan lunch and a vegan dinner. For the workout part, I show you a full body workout routine using weights, a barbell and some calisthenics rings. Apart from a full day of eating, I take you through my daily workouts, from my morning yoga session to my daily run.
