  1. Milk pre-workout? Bahahaaaa! You guys are so funny! So when you drop down to floor doing your squats and hershey milkshake squirts out of your ass! Oatmeal and chicken breast or egg whites some veggies is good about 2-3 hours pre-workout. Just keep portion small with moderate fat. Cassein takes hours and make you bloated. Lactose sugar is hard for many to breakdown. I make an intra workout carb smoothie with cornmeal, oats, whey, egg whites, olive oil, spinach and chia seeds. Sip on it during warm up sets. Once body is primed do several sets then drink 1 tablespoon honey and 2 scoops of whey on last pyramid sets. Then run home and eat chicken, oats, corn meal, canned corn, celery and whole eggs with white bread. Eat 1-2 more big meals alternating chicken and beef with bread until evening. Personally I use sliced cheese because it tastes good. I also use powdered boulion and cayenne pepper for a little flavor so I can eat more. If it don't have taste I can't eat enough. After around 6-8 at night no bread, no yolks, lighter on fat, dash carbs only, chicken breast or hamburger (88/93) and lots of fiber. I use canned corn for late night and early am meals. That will flush the shit out of you. No bread and very light carbs for at least 12 hours before workout will prime your insulin sensitivity, spike hgh, testosterone and help you rem sleep. Still experimenting but close to perfecting.

    And I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard.

  7. Hi, have you tried "MuscLeader" (search on Google)? On their website you will find a good free video showing the way to pack on visible muscles quickly whilst shedding body fat at the same time. Fabian and plenty other guys had good results by using this technique. Hopefully it helps you too…
