So far I have loved my Low Carb Keto Journey. I have lost weight without excessive excercise. But my son told me he wanted me to be able to run fast with him. And it got me thinking I need to start getting in shape.
Soooooo ZUMBA it is! Today I completed my first class and it was a blast!
Today marks day one of 100 days of Zumba and 100 days of no cheating on Keto!!
