  2. I am 84kgs, and this workout is soooo brutaall!!! At earlier try I must pause the video to catch my breath, but after several times, I can handle almost all the workouts…

This was a good workout, but I am so glad your style of video has evolved the way it has 🙂 It was fun to see how totally different this one was – a little robotic – and it made me thankful that you guys decided to add more of your personalities into the videos.   7. I went about a month without a solid workout (I used to do FitnessBlender 20-35 minute cardio workouts at least 2-3 times a week plus other things) and today I barely made it through this short one! GREAT VIDEOS THOUGH, HOPE TO GET BACK IN SHAPE WITH Y'ALLS HELP :)

  8. This was a pretty good cardio work out. A bit awkward with the blank background and no instruction or music playing in the background and instead just having to follow the moves from the model but I guess if you were to play your own music during this workout it would be better. I do wish there was a countdown clock. What was really weird was there was a commercial in the middle of the video. Never had this happen to me on YouTube before. Is this new?

  9. Everybody just stop whatever unhealthy fads you are doing right now and find ExprezSliminizer. You will definitely lose atleast 5-7 pounds each and every week without fail and most importantly lose it for the long run.
