I've finally come back to working out after almost a 6 weeks of fucking around and making excuses……..you guys are bloody slave drivers but damn I have missed this. No more excuses! FORWARDS! THANKS GUYS! :D
there needs a transition time, otherwise the time isn't enough per stretch
Question: Why do I feel more of a stretch in the part between the back of my knee/ thigh + calf during the part called Arm Pull + Hip Flexor instead of my front leg's hip flexor?
That wall stretch, for your shoulders. I really don't know what I'm doing incorrectly but it hurts in my wrists instead of feeling anything in my shoulders. :/

My mother and I work out together almost everyday and always use this cool down when we finish so first of all thank you! Today she turned to me and said "I wish she had big bright dots on her knees, hips, shoulders (and the like), that way I could see clearly what body part she is moving or stretching" and I thought that was such a great idea that I should share it with you! Again thank you for your whole channel and keep up the excellent work!
Quick and effective. Thanks! Dr's advice is that stretching to relieve tight muscles can undo nerve compression, so this is just what I need. Appreciated.
