FIT ZONE Level-6- CIRCUIT TRAINING

OVERVIEW
This is a upper body circuit training where we are performing 5 exercises back to back without any rest. We are doing 1 exercise for each muscle for 30 sec, do as many reps you can!! All you need is a pair of Dumbbell ♦️UPPER BODY CIRCUIT:
1. Db Chest press
2. Db Shoulder Press
3. DB Biceps curls
4. DB skull crusher
5. DB rows

????Do 4 circuits.
????Take 1 min rest after each circuit.
????Combine it with Fit Zone Level 2 & 4.
????You can also combine it with Pure Mass or Mass Up programs on one of the rest day.

    I've undergone two operations of inguinal "Hernia", both on the left and right side.
    While lifting heavy weights, I sometimes still have pain in the operated area and thereby I simply cannot do Abs because it leads to sharp pain!
    Even can't do legs much..
    Please please suggest on :
    -Which program should I follow ?
    -Which workouts should / can I do ?
    -Which workouts I should avoid ?
    -What precaution should I take?
    -Should I use any other form while doing certain exercises?
    I want to workout, but hernia (mesh incisional surgery) is limiting my ability to workout..I need your guidance sir! Please help

  5. bhai gurumaan sai bhi chutiya tarun hai bt wo steroids pai hai wo to kehta hai na muje wo bilkul pasand nahi hai but me gurumaan ko manta tha bt jab tarun ki videoes dekhi tab pata chala ki steroids ke bina 5 percentage body fat achieve nhi ho sakta….. arnold bhi drugs lekar bodybuilding karta tha but ab to yeh lagta hai ki gurumaan pehle sai hi hme ullu banata aaya hai ki natural hu but yeh possible hi nhi hai guys… please think on it only 1 time… ye to me manta hu gurumaan knowlage me sab sai aage hai but 5 percent body fat naturally nhi ban sakti hum aur aap bhi mehnat karte hai…par hum to kabhi 5 percentage body fat nhi achieve kar sakhe hum bhi dedication, diet sab follow karte hai hame kuch kyu results nhi milte bcoz of cycle….. so think on it mehnat sab karte hai gurumaan sai bhi jyada….
