my back really hurts when doing the leg circle crunches.. and thoughts why?
this hurts so bad but it working so good!
Everytime I do these sort of exercises, my wrists seem to give up 50 seconds in. I mean, my body can still take it, but my wrists hurt like hell.
Has anybody been doing this and seen improvement? would like to hear peoples progress?
