I've been doing your workout video for over a month now. And I must say. These short ab videos have left me sore. More than any other of the workouts I've done.
How many times a day would you recommend to make these exercises? And how many days for a good result? I started already the workout every morning and I feel very good. My abs is not that fat but still want to burn it and get some packs lol
