  3. Still to this day , have not watched one dead animal flesh eater do this over a period of time. In Europe are vegetarian only gyms, mostly private. Still, Its only the vegans I've seen do this over longer periods of time. Not even the vegetarians ( may have cheese, milk or eggs or one of those i think) . I have met guys in the 50-70 age group that do this, however they are vegans or even raw vegans ( my goal) then i met this runner in the U.S. Who ran 5.5 miles every morning in hills, who was 98 years old. I finally got up the courage to stop and ask about his diet. He's been vegan and raw vegan his entire life. Lastly i met in the Rockies a guy who's in his 70"s biking unbelievable distances, daily for years. In the winter he's in S America doing it. Again vegan, mostly raw. Thats when it shows if vegan/raw works, in old age being super active.
