-deep squats with dumbbell hugs
-alternating side squats with bicep curl
-bike sprint
-weighted skater jumps
-weighted deep squat ab twist
-bike sprint
-curtsy lunge bicep curl
-cross mountain climbers to push-ups
-bike sprint
-wide squat alternating arm raise
-dumbbell swings
-bike sprint
-ab hold arm rows
-weighted pile squat walks
-bike sprint
(complete 2x)

2-5 minute bike cool down
