  1. Finally found a perfect workout for me thanks so much. usually use treadmill twice a week now with this twice a week too. perfect 20 short work out, sweat buckets if only I could master the plank though lol.

  2. I thought this would be easy and I was wrong. I don't even have on my abolene and I'm sweating bullets. I'm going to use this daily especially when I can't make the gym after work.

  3. Thank you for this! I am in great need of getting in shape and this is easy enough for me to start out with. Had to stop after 11 minutes to catch my breath, but kept going after that. Was really proud I could hold out the full minut plank! I will do this work out again. I'll drop a line when I can do the whole thing without pausing ;)
