Ladies, we all want the girls to stand at attention… if you know what I mean. This workout will do JUST that for you.
I always start with a warm up on my chest days with bench press (just the bar) and incline push ups. This really gets my muscles activated and ready for a kiillleeerrrr workout. Plus, warming up in general is so important.
Try each exercise for 4 sets, 15 reps each. Slow and controlled is the name of the game and really focus on engaging your muscles.
Heavy weight isn’t always the answer. Go lighter if you have to, correct your form and feel the burrrnnnn!
