1 x vanilla YoPro
Granola Clusters (I use 30grams Heritage Mill Cocoa Clusters)
Half a Banana
Berries of your choice

Chia Banana Balls (Recipe by Ambitious Kitchen)

Chia Banana Bread Energy Bites

Baked Salmon Salad
Baked one skinless salmon fillet in light soy, ginger and coriander for 45 minutes. Serve with spinach, brown rice and whatever salad you have on hand.

Lemon and Rosemary Chicken Tray Bake
Skinless chicken thigh fillets
Dutch Carrots
Red Onion
Truss Tomatoes
Bake at 180 degrees c for 45 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
