It ain't fun at all when you're doing it as part of a 4 week abs program, hahaha. I like all these short intense workouts, it's hard to find an excuse not to complete them. I keep telling myself it'll be over in just a few minutes, hahaha. Then came the next one, and the next one, LOL!!!

I trein a lot, because I am karatista. But I always had stomach. My muscles are weak there. I saw a lot of exercises, but I wasn't interested in them. When i saw you two I just wanted to try this. With you two i do this every day. You are amazing. Thanks a lot!!! :D
