  2. always love that I've never seen Kelly wear the same thing twice. Totally jealous of her wardrobe and how fit she is. Ya I can never do half the reps or stretches she does. Maybe one day. Keep up the good work!! You guys rock!

  3. It ain't fun at all when you're doing it as part of a 4 week abs program, hahaha. I like all these short intense workouts, it's hard to find an excuse not to complete them. I keep telling myself it'll be over in just a few minutes, hahaha. Then came the next one, and the next one, LOL!!!

  4. I trein a lot, because I am karatista. But I always had stomach. My muscles are weak there. I saw a lot of exercises, but I wasn't interested in them. When i saw you two I just wanted to try this. With you two i do this every day. You are amazing. Thanks a lot!!! :D
