  1. Hi Dani, thank you so much for these workouts. This morning I did all 3 back to back think my fav part is the leg raises in part 3. I used a 5Kg weighted vest and 4.5Kg pair of ankle weights where possible. Is there any more in this series. Thanks again think that is my workout done for today.
