Getting the Swing of Things – Quick Kettlebell & TRX Workout at Anytime Fitness Elias, Pasir Ris

Today was a fast intense hypertrophy volume workout session targeting the Chest, triceps, back and shoulders.

4 Sets x 15 reps of 2 type of Superset.
Superset A – Incline Dumbbell Press + Dumbbell row
Superset B – Flat Dumbbell Press + Lat Pull Down

then 4 Sets x 30 Reps Slingshot Push Up

Then Workout of the Day (WOD) HIIT is a 10 mins AMRAP of 15 Kettle bell Swings and 15 TRX Row. Complete as many rounds within the 10 mins window.
