Glute and hamstring workout using only two machines!!!

The Workout
1) leg press 3 sets of 8

1st Super Set 3 sets of 12
– pulsing lunges
– narrow squats

2nd Super Set 3 sets
– narrow box squats 12 reps
– modified pistol squats ( 5 reps on each leg )
