GLUTES Workout For Women



GLUTES ???? Workout– I missed my usual Wednesday quads & glutes workout last week so I threw in a little ass work with my shoulder day on Thursday and I’m pretty sure we wanna add this to our glutes arsenal Girls! I’m not even sure of the name of the Glutes specific machine but I tried to emulate it using the smith machine and a flat bench inclined. If you have a barbell pad to wrap around that bitch it would be much more comfortable. If you know the name of the machine I’m talking about please drop it in the comments. Lemme know if you try this one what you think! My legs were shaking by the 10th rep.
