This is the Leg program that I started on. It’s perfect for both men and women novice to intermediate lifters! *NO, heavy weights will NOT make you bulky, ladies. These type of workouts burn more calories and can get you closer to your specific fitness goals*… I usually do front squats over back squats because it helps maintain thoracic extension of the spine, activates your core muscles more, and puts less direct stress on the spine.
