WORKOUT
Warm up- squats with barbell (no weight)
Circuit 1 ( 3 sets)
-1/4th squats idk the real name lol- go half way down then complete squat=1 : do 10 reps total.
SUPERSET WITH:
-1/2 way deadlift: 15 reps

Circuit2- (3 sets)
-Bulgarian split squat: 10 reps each leg
-Deadlift with DB:10 reps

Circuit 3- (3 sets)
-Barbell Deadlifts:15 reps
-Barbell pulse squats:15 reps

Last exercise burn out
-On the assisted pullup machine do leg push downs: Do each leg until failure

Cool down: Stair master or treadmill for about 10 minutes.
