I'm overweight and barely go to the gym (starting soon to get my pcos and hypothyroidism on track & to get healthy, yay!) and even I know that this form is awful and the way she's doing these exercises is dangerous and just not doing what they're supposed to to. Girl.. go slower and concentrate on your form and doing the actual exercise correctly and it'll get you results. Correct form over speed all the time.

  2. okay terrible form aside, WHY IS THIS GIRL WEARING A FULL FACE OF MAKEUP. Like I get it, some other girls wear some makeup to the gym. But this is full on glam makeup with lashes like what are you doing?? you should be sweating that off

  3. slow negatives! Talk to a trainer at the gym and let you get some tips for a better execution 🙂 don't listen to that mean comments, everyone was a beginner once!

  4. I'm looking for these kinds of videos to see how to do each exercise properly and even I can see she is doing most of them wrong.. I hope she took advice from these comments and asked someone to help her.

  5. Thank you for the video and the name of the app. I have to agree with many of the posters…your form is not good and you are doing the exercises way too fast. I was married to a pro bodybuilder so I know about proper form. Please do not hurt yourself because the way you are doing these exercises are damaging. Nice try and thanks for the thought that went into this and for your enthusiasm.

  6. I do an hour of cardio on a 10 incline-3.2 speed (burning 600) and I try to go at least 5-6 days a week and abs for 30 minutes. I want to try to get abs and get my stomach tone and lose weight. I try to eat 1200-1500 and yes I have my cheat days sometimes duh lol but if I do this, could I lose weight? should I add anything to my regiment? I'm trying to lose 10-15 pounds & anyone can answer this! :)
