Jog on the spot
Torso twists

CIRCUIT (45sec x 15sec rest – Repeat x3)
1a. Step-up
1b. Around the world lunges
1c. Swimming
1d. Tricep dips
1e. Plank hold

COOL DOWN:
Downward Dog
Cobra
Butterfly
