**Tri-Set:
3 Rounds
Machine Kickback x12
Laying Leg Curl x12-15
Plyo Step Up x12-15
**Burnout Superset:
3 Rounds
Wide Stance Leg Press x20
Close Stance Leg Press x20
**ABS:
Rope Crunches: 4×15
