I used my experience from when I used to body build (before going vegan) to show you how to make some simple, healthy, high protein & also VERY tasty work out meals!   1. I don't wanna be mean but don't say what nutrients there's in each food, because you're saying :" Believe it or not this little trees are full of proteins (talking about Brocoli)", though there's 3g of proteins per 100g

  2. Tried the chili today and it serves a LOT! It’s also DELICIOUS & I’m not sure if I just added too much of everything but it was SPICYYYYY! ( thankfully I love spicy food lol)!

  3. Made the chili last night and it was the bomb!! I was skeptical about laying it on top of sweet potatoes, but the sweetness of that combined with the spiciness from the chili… Delicious!!! Thank you, Gaz!!

  4. sadly beans flare up my hypothyroidism as does gluten/simple carbs so I am more of a 'primal' veg and some animal protein gal now. But this is a really good presentation.

  5. Amazing video @avantgardevegan , Really nice recipes and everything looks perfect. Would be even better if you count macros for each meal so people would know how much they eat in each meal !
