  1. Just wanted to say I am so happy you do these short workout vids, I am very busy at the moment, finishing my masters thesis and applying for phds that I only have about 15mins in the day I can give to exercise. Its really nice to be able to get in a good workout in that time! :)

  3. Was about to do this and realized I might wake my neighbors downstairs with all the jumping.I use double mat and workout barefeet for noise abosrbtion but this kind of jump would still wake them up. I should do this in daytime and it would be awesome. I am the biggest fan.

  5. i believe they don't do that because what they want us to do is exercise to improve overall our health/lifestyle not just to how we look superficially
    btw their workouts are one of the best around here, specially the cardio ones
