Here I Share certain workout secrets with the aspiring fitness freaks or beginners which will help them gain muscle. I have started this series with ectomorphs and will slowly cover other body types along the way.
Ectomorphs are those individuals who find it hard to gain muscle as they are genetically blessed and have a high metabolic rate. You all have been working out wrong which might have sabotaged your gains in the long run.
