FULL BODY WORKOUT

WEEK -2

DAY -8

Warm up:
1 x Jogging on spot (30 seconds)
1 x 10 Arm Rotation front
1 x 10 Arm Rotation back
1 x 20 Body Twist
1 x 10 Forward Bending
1 x 10 Backward Bending

Exercises:
1 x SIDE BY SIDE JUMP (20seconds)
1 x LIZARD WALK (20 seconds)
1 x CROSS MOUNTAIN (20 seconds)
1 x UPPER BODY BEND N TWIST (20 seconds)
1 x SPOT RUNNING (20 seconds)

Repeat all the exercises back to back. Do 4-5 circuits and rest of 1 min after 1 complete circuit.
