  1. it's common sense. Get out and do the excercises to the best of your ability until one day you can do them. You'll learn as you go. Just get started already…

  2. I have chairs that look like that and they are strong as fuck because they have structure. I use them as well. Great exercises, fuc the gym do it at home get ripped

  3. It will be better if you make a list of video from monday to Saturday home workout.Cause I am beginner.Need proper nutrition, diet and exercise .Hope so you will upload soon.

  4. Hey Buff Dudes, wanted to ask, should these exercises be done daily, or should there be a target muscle area for a certain day (example – biceps and triceps on day and chest and back for second day et.) and should there be a gap in days for certain target areas. Could u elaborate on that a bit..

  5. Hey Buff Dudes, I'm sure you made videos on this, but do you have advice on increasing upper body strength; especially with your back and arm muscles specifically? I've always had weak arms, and even now I can't do a pushup unless it's assisted. Also, do you have advice on how to reduce wrist pain while working out? It's one of the reasons why I stopped trying to do pushups, and I haven't been sure how to counteract that.

  6. Any advice for people like me who have trouble handling my own body weight? e.g. I can't stretch out my legs up 90degrees for the isometric leg holds or doing the manual tricep extension.
