  1. I 100% agree that you should listen to your body. I was doing a program where I was trying to reach my macros and ate so much I felt like I was going to vomit. Needless to say I gained fat and felt horrible. Intuitive eating is so important!

  3. Meal planning is the hardest thing for me. I am terrible at counting macros, but I found if I make sure I get the protein I need and stay within a caloric range, my results are pretty good. I just hate stressing out about it.
