I am feeling the burn of the 3 day workout. OMG my legs
This is the first video I have seen that throws in functionality to the workout. I've researched so many workout programs that just say lift these weights with a couple compounds. Oh ya, the highlight of your workouts shall be supersets or whatever they call the mega supersets (I think they are called some guys name and it's a whole bunch of supersets). I will defiantly add functionality to my own workout schedule. Greatly appreciate the video.
should i take one day workout second day recovery?

Hi Joseph! I've seen all of your videos and I found them very inspiring! Tomorrow I'm gonna start a new "workout season" and I just needed to see something like that to have my motivation bar full! I'll make your workout schedule my main routine after seeing it actually works and makes sense as you explain it. I just have one question: diet and supplements. It's not like I don't know how to eat, in fact, I was wondering about the supps. Did you take anything during the 4-week challenge? Cheers buddy :)
