  1. When I do this exercise with a bench to elevate my back foot, I can't help but focus on the (uncomfortable) stretch in the front thigh of my back leg. This stops me upping my weight. I'm only 5 foot 2 – could it be that the bench is too tall for me? Or is it a form problem?

  2. Short, sweet, and straight to the point. Great exercise video!

    I do think you have very good technical info about anatomy and why certain exercises work as well, as a likeable personality. Maybe you could shoot videos like this one for those of us who like to review your exercise demonstations while we are working out and follow up with another video that breaks down the science behind the techniques.

    I'd like it if you could do a video on strengthening the psoas muscle.

  3. T-bar Row please. I'm struggling with my body position as sometime the rack hit my crotch or the weight plate hit my chest. So frustrating ????????

  4. Why is It I'll only feel exercises in my butt on some Days? I can go a couple of days without feeling any pain in my butt but then I'll get the pain on a random day.. But I've been doing the exact same exercises?? Help!

  5. I have always a problem with this one, my leg which is on the bench – my upper instep is touching the bench and it hurts… and just I can adjust it…how can I fix it? Is it because I'm too far or I have week legs?
