  1. does it make sense to add 2 sets of a biceps exercise and 2 sets of a triceps exercise at the end of every workout that i am not hitting arms already, if i want to improve my arms?

  2. Vince im so fucking serious bro..not even trying to take the piss but why dont u look like u lift? I remember seeing another vid of urs like 3 years ago u were bigger ans leaner , did u injur yourself ?
