Hello Abhinav and congratulations for your good work i like a lot the simple way you talk to us and give us examples so we can understand easier your philosophy, your speeches are really motivational and especially with this video you gave me the idea of trying this interesting work out routine but i have a question. Iam working out about 2 years now and i gained a lot of muscle mass but all my work outs had a little more sets than your recommended routine, i dont believe that someone needs to train for hours to get good results but i have read that its better to end your work out somewhere between 45-55 minutes which in that the testosterone get produced, dont you think that this work out ends too soon so someone gets less muscle mass than he could.
