  1. Let's start! I will get back how I get on in few weeks. I only can do 10 normal push ups x3 with 1min rest in between them. Tried diamond push ups and can only do 3-4 with control then my arms begin to shake. I was thinking about doing 3×8 sets of each. Again thanks for you video now at least I have a goal get stronger. Written by weak 18yr old

  2. Nice video but the form of the exercises of this video where not properly executed. While doing squats feet should not be facing forward, and while doing pushups body should be hollow and when doing squats you push from your heels not your toes thats basic from squat, and what you were doing were sit-ups not crunches. Plus while doing the negative part of the pullup you should go all the way down, not rest on your shoulder joints and then go back up.
