Stretching is one of the most neglected workouts of our daily fitness routine. It may be the most boring part but you can benefit a lot from stretching on a daily basis.

Stretching on the regular can ;
1. -Reduce muscle tension
2. -Increase the Range of Motion in your joints
3. -Enhance muscular coordination.
4. -Increase circulation of the blood to various parts of the body
5. -Increase your energy level

To sum it all up, you will be flexible and we all want to be flexible whether we know it or not.

In this video I’m going to take you through my ritual I use to either get me out of bed or make me go back to sleep lol. Either way it go, I enjoy this routine a lot and I’m sure you will too once you form this healthy habit.

  1. I'm definitely going to start doing these. I've added 64 oz of water a day to my daily routine.. can I do portion control or do I need to actually go on a diet to lose belly and arm fat?
